苏老师将教学作为自己的第一要务。每一学年承担至少四门课的教学任务。目前指导6名硕士生，协助指导2名博士生及6名本科生，超额完成了规定的教学工作量。讲授的每一门课程都认真备课，随时将自己查阅的最新专题文献和教科书以及自己的科研工作实例补充进教案中，而且在教学中充分使用模型、胶片、幻灯、录像等辅助手段。几年来我从各种渠道收集、整理、翻拍、转录、编辑的资料，已能与各门课程的讲授配套。目前已全部实现多媒体教学。不同课程的特色体现在安排的教学环节各异，采用的教学方法不尽相同。
